Sun Chemical acquired Columbia ink supplier
2014.03.05 11:04 Recently,Sun Chemical acquired the shares of Colombia Tintas SA and Sinclair SA joint venture with Sun Chemical Inversiones Mundial(Grupo Mundial) held by the Company.
Tintas/sales Sinclair Group's more than 100 million U.S. dollars,mainly sales of printing inks and other printing products,primarily serving the Andean region of Latin America packaging markets,including Colombia,Ecuador,Peru and Venezuela.
This will help to improve the Sun Chemical and DIC sales force in the South American market for the subsequent development of enterprises laid a more solid foundation.
Sun Chemical and Tintas/Sinclair more than 30 years of cooperation,the latter in 1999,after the acquisition of Sun Chemical Coates Lorilleux,Sun Chemical and Inversiones Mundial become a joint venture,the parties quite holdings.
