Color Matching of Masterbatch

Plastic masterbatch has played an important role in the matching process and in the development of coloring industry. We’d like to introduce   some simple process and some basic common sense of masterbatch as follows.

Color matching can be used directly into the process of resin and  masterbatch, after mixing the pigment powder and resin, the mixture will be  sent to the next molding process, This process have following characteristics: short process, low cost, but the working environment is poor, poor colour strength, color uniformity and poor quality stability.

Masterbatch are composed of pigment, resin, additives and dispersing agent to make coloring granule.  According to the requirements of products molding coloring, adding a certain amount of Color Masterbatch, coloring the dose so that products containing requirements, achieve the coloring requirement. Masterbatch is clasified to ABS,PC and PP etc according to different resin. And also it is clasified to injection molding, film blowing, extrusion grade according to different process.

Masterbatch has played an important role in the development of the dyestuff industry and believe that it will play a more important role in the development of plastic industry.
