Two methods of improving in the light fastness of Fluorescent pigments.

The reason why there are so many colors in plastic shed we used are mainly the effect of fluorescent pigments. But we also found if the plastic pots exposure to sunlight, its color fades quickly, because of the UV-sensitive of fluorescent pigment, and its poor lightfastness.

Therefore, in order to ensure the vividness of items, you need to increase the light fastness of fluorescent pigment. So we’d like to keep abreast of  specific methods.

1. Added ultraviolet absorber, such as benzophenone type or benzotriazole type. It is noteworthy that the fluorescent pigments tend not to meet FDA requirements for food contact in line with not many varieties.It should be re-checked to use fluorescent pigments in food contact packing.

2.Adding the same tone of non-fluorescent pigments in  fluorescent pornographic agents, plastic products using fluorescence bleaching agent pornographic products brightness decreased, while tone will not change dramatically.

Above two methods will improve the light fastness of fluorescent pigments.
