Xiamen will have the First fully automated paint production line

Recently,Xiamen&Taiwan Technology Incubation Center announced that: Xiamen Paiding Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. and Fujian Haodi Coating Technology Co., Ltd. to develop a fully automatic coating and resin production line which the production capacity can reach 300,000 tons per year.It is officially put into operation.

The commissioning of the production line,will fill the blank of global coatings industry fully automated production,a prominent bright spot for the chemical industry reflects the process of detection data lag problem which has long plagued us,also is a major breakthrough in the global chemical industry,scientific and technological innovation.

According to reports,the production line has created many world's first,the world's first invented the world's first fully automated process control coating production line;world's first fully automated online detection of acid value,viscosity, degree of alcoholysis;world's first fully automated powder feeding;first solid-liquid mixing and dispersing;invented the automatic production and added the bentonite equipment;first use of the robot to the addition of additives and colorants.
