Chinese ink industry has entered a "golden age"

Some chemical products market is weak,however ink market appeared upward trend,4 types of main printing ink product price is rising.the market share of 50% of the ordinary offset printing ink price is in 25000～35000 yuan (tons of price, similarly hereinafter),a year-on-year growth of 10%.Gravure ink for 16000～25000 yuan,grow 5% compared to the same period.Mesh ink is 45000～10500 yuan,grow 5% compared to the same period;the flexographic ink is 20000～30000 yuan,grow 3% compared to the same period.The flexographic ink is 20000～30000 yuan,grow 3% compared to the same period.

In recent years,our country manufacturing industry develops quickly.2010 national ink total output 589900 tons,for the first time in more than Germany,Japan,ranking the second in the world.In 2011,Chinese ink and similar product manufacturing industrial output value of more than 30.5 billion yuan,an increase of 17% over the previous year;sales of more than 30.3 billion yuan,an increase of 18% over the previous year.The industry generally believe that our ink industry is in a golden period of development.

In the past ten years,the quality and quantity of the ink products in China has undergone tremendous changes,China is still a developing country,printed matter per capita consumption is still very low,only 5% of the developed countries,per capita consumption of ink usage is also very low.The next 5 to 10 years of development of China's national economy will continue to maintain a high speed,ink development is obvious.

In the next 30 years,the main direction of development of the world ink is water-based inks,UV inks,vegetable oil ink.Environmental protection of water-based ink,low toxic,non-flammable,compared to the cost of low-solvent inks,the future market darling.UV ink is mainly used for the cigarette packets decorative printing industry,with a fast-drying, color and gloss excellent,solid focus and good,but the cost is high,there is a certain degree of toxicity,and is not suitable for the printing workers long-term operation.But with the ink technology innovation,the current market has emerged waterborne UV ink to improve the environmental protection of the original UV inks.UV inks in China and Germany,Japan, technical,there is still a gap of 10 to 15 years,need to strengthen their own development.

Series ink of vegetable oils in the world now is in the research and development phase,this ink containing vegetable oil ingredients,such as linseed oil,soybean oil,can replace petroleum fractions.Suzhou Bo to special inks Limited 2011 introduced a pure vegetable oil-based inks,Tianjin Toyo Ink Co., Ltd.in April has just launched a series of 100% vegetable oil ink products,does not contain any petroleum solvent,and does not produce VOC.
