Valspar will acquire European industrial paint company Inver Group

The world's leading paint and coatings manufacturers The Valspar Corporation (NYSE:VAL) announced today that the Company has acquired a leading European manufacturer of industrial coatings Inver Holding Srl (Inver Group) reached a final agreement.The transaction is expected to complete in the fourth fiscal quarter,but is subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions management.Financial terms were not disclosed.

Inver Group is headquartered in Bologna,Italy,2012 annual sales of about 160 million euros ($200 million).Founded in 1934,specializing in liquid and powder coatings and resins,these products are used in various industrial applications, including off-road equipment,vehicles and non-road parts,architectural aluminum windows,rail and tram.Domenichini family-owned company has been reviewed by three generations,mainly Italy,Britain,France,Germany and Poland provide services to customers.
