Restricting factors of coatings industry development

The painting integration is the integration of the coating and coating line.At present,although China's coating industry has been rapid development,however,the imbalance development of coatings and application integration problems have gradually emerged,mainly for the relative lag coating.But the most important is painting,paint coating can only through practical application,in order to show its rich and colorful decorative performance,as well as anticorrosion,antifouling,mildew and other protection performance.Coatings and painting must be close cooperation and integration.Thus it can be seen,coating and integration of the market is more and more demanded,the paint industry also need to pay attention to the docking with the related finishing in development,upstream and downstream enterprises to achieve win-win cooperation.

Several major factors restricting the development of coatings industry:

Coating industry in China started late but develops rapidly,in the low carbon,environmental protection and economic development,the paint industry toward the development of waterborne direction,a variety of innovative research and products have been introduced.However,many factors have led to the development of coatings and inconsistent pace,the development of coating technology and level relative to lag behind in coating,which restricted the development of the coating industry to a great extent.

Paint manufacturing enterprises and downstream enterprises lack of good communication and docking.In the past,paint manufacturing enterprises only focus on technology research and development of paint products,in order to improve the performance of coatings products,but they ignore its effect in practical application,do not understand the coating technology of paint products,not to mention the professional research;and the paint downstream enterprises only pay attention to the coating technology,did not fully grasp the performance paint products,resulting in the coating can not be applied in the full play.

Secondly,the application and development of coating equipment and backward technology limits of coatings products.Technology has been the development of coating industry in China's weakness,and downstream industry development bottleneck paint face.Coatings innovative products constantly updating and upgrading,but if the manufacturers and users of the lack of communication,it will lead to the corresponding coating equipment and technology research and development lag,plus coating equipment replacement and R&D costs are relatively high,these will lead to paint faces "Industry hot market cold " situation,hinder the development of both sides.
