The API and preparation of memantine hydrochloride

Recently,the CFDA authorized that oral solution and tablet of memantine hydrochloride were applied in the treatment of moderate and severe alzheimer-type dementia.

The memantine hydrochloride has appeared on Germany and American market.The tablet of memantine hydrochloride were import in China.The memantine hydrochloride is authorized as 3.1 new drug and the tablet (10mg) is the first generic drug in our country.They are corresponded to the bioequivalence trial.Meanwhile,the production of memantine hydrochloride is also authorized,which complete the domestic procedure from API to preparation.
