Excess production capacity in recent years,many industries are faced with the problem,is our country and the world photovoltaic industry such as steel,cement,coal,etc.That what is produced Can the surplus?In our country has not establish qualitative and quantitative scientific evaluation standard of excess capacity.European and American countries generally with the capacity utilization or equipment YongLv as evaluation index of whether the overcapacity.Capacity utilization or the normal equipment utilization rate between 79%~83%,more than 90% thinks that is produced Can not,there is phenomenon of super equipment abilities.If the capacity utilization or equipment utilization rate of less than 79%,then there may be a phenomenon of excess production capacity.

Capacity utilization rate of 89.0% in 2005,91.4% in 2006,93.3% in 2007,82.7% in 2008,79.8% in 2009,82.4% in 2010,93.4% in 2011,83.2% in 2012.It can be seen by the end of 2005 to 2012,has not seen capacity utilization is lower than 79% of the phenomenon,instead of 2006,2007,2011 capacity utilization is higher than 91% occurred.Combined with the eu definition of excess production capacity,small make up think domestic iron oxide industry and no the phenomenon of excess production capacity.
