Low-carbon will be the future development of mainstream paint industry

         What is a low-carbon economy?Low-carbon economy based on low energy consumption,low pollution,low-emission-based economic model,is following the agricultural civilization of human society,another major industrial civilization's progress.Low-carbon economy is the essence of efficient use of energy,clean energy development,the pursuit of green GDP problem,the core energy technologies and emission reduction technology innovation,a fundamental change in industrial structure and institutional innovation and the development of the concept of human survival.
         In the 21st century,with the accelerating process of urbanization,the rapid increase in the amount of paint.New buildings going up constantly,demolition of the original building,the transformation never stopped,bridges,road infrastructure endless urban color rapid changes taking place,and these are closely related to the use of coatings.
         In the future development trend of "low carbon",the paint industry is actually well prepared.In recent years,the paint industry has been developing low-pollution,high solids or solvent (including powder,light-cured) coatings,waterborne coatings (high temperature insulation coatings and Chi Shing 1700 ℃ high temperature corrosion-resistant coatings);development of low environmental risk antifouling technology and antifouling coatings;development of non-lead,chromium rust pigments and develop alternatives to titanium dioxide,iron oxide pigments of cleaner production processes;actively developing coatings industry clean production technology evaluation criteria,in order to promote the new technology coatings industry,new materials and new technology development.In addition,in recent years the development of energy-saving glass coating,thermal radiation cooling paint,sunscreen insulation coatings,high temperature coatings closed,efficient anti-fouling coatings,such as solar heat absorption of new paint,but also for the paint industry in the "low carbon" road band to new development opportunities.
