         Stable--carbon black has primary particles of very small and very large surface area,resulting after separation of a very large surface energy,and then there is a strong flocculation (rough back) orientation.The effect of the carbon black dispersing agent is adsorbed by the surface of the carbon black reduce the surface tension between the binder and carbon black,carbon black can promote good wetting of the material being connected,at the same time due to adsorption of the surface of carbon black dispersant charge and steric repulsion effect of the types of ions carried produced reaches a group "anti rough" phenomenon to prevent further agglomeration of the carbon black produced.
