Because of the rising prices of raw materials,the dyeing costs increase

         Recently,the conventional varieties disperse dye red,orange series from Zhejiang Longsheng Dyestuff Chemical Co., Ltd. raised prices once again,price rises of 3% to 6%.This is the company's the third time to adjust price since February.
         Following last year dye prices soared,this year,a new round of price surge about dye products is coming after the Spring Festival,as the dye downstream enterprises,printing companies in keqiao area feel the a wave of "cold" at the begining and have said that the dye hurt themselves.
         Dye prices rised three times in one month
         February 15,"Zhejiang Longsheng" scattered black,dark blue,orange dye product series offer raised to 1000 yuan/ton tax included;February 18,reactive dye products offer increased from 2000 to 4000 yuan/ton tax included;February 25,disperse Red,orange dye series of conventional varieties raised from 1000 to 2000 yuan/ton.
         Less than a month,as a leader dye enterprises in China-"Zhejiang Longsheng" raised the price three times,but it is worth to mention that the last price adjustment of dye dispersed red series was on January 16,when the rate increases to more than 2,000 yuan/ton.
         "After the Spring Festival,it should be the critical moment to stablolize production and grab market for companys.In general,product price adjustment will be very cautious."The professional people said,it made printing and dyeing enterprises difficult to digest because dyes rally frequently.
         Dyeing corporate profits plummeted
         As we all know,the production of dyes is one of the most important raw material in the industry,the price changing is closely related to printing industry.However,in the case before and after the Spring Festival,the price increased frequently,the processing fee from the printing compnies didn't rise in keqiao area.
         A dyeing Company that located Lizhu town is one of the leaders in fine chemicals management area compare all printing companies in Keqiao area.According to reports,the annual cost of procurement of dye is 45 million yuan,it is about 17.5% of total production costs,however,facing to the dye rose this year,the company responsible person expected that dye procurement costs will rise to 70 million yuan,it is about 20% of total cost of production."The color blue was 48,000 yuan per ton last April,now risen to more than 10 million,it rose too fast;disperse dye black was 9000 yuan per ton last December,now risen to 15,000 yuan in just two months by 66%."the official said,dyed fee from the end of last year to now didn't change,but the price of dyes rose too much, businesses can't accept.
         "Under normal circumstances,the dye costs is about 20% of the cost of printing under control and dyeing enterprises still have space of profit margins."Insiders said,dye price raising made the dye cost of the total production cost incresed from two percent to three percent,while the rapid increasing of fuel prices did not make printing and dyeing enterprises processing fees increase,currently Bin Hai,Ann Chang and many other printing companies suffer from dye soaring,the enthusiasm of accept order is not high.
         Printing and dyeing enterprises is seeking chance to break
         Not only the cost of the dye frequently rise up,at the beginning of the new year,printing companies also faced the problem of rising labor costs,waste management and other environmental costs.
         To face these problems how to develop for printing company at keqiao area in 2014?Recently Lizhu,Lanting,Binhai and many other knitting and dyeing business owners gathered together to seek a breakthrough.
         At the meeting,participants have said that as production costs rise,the dyed fee printing companies in keqiao area must be rose.Meanwhile,some industry insiders believe,product homogeneity,low profits are practical problems that printing industry need to face when it develops.Currently,under the environmental costs,cost of raw materials increasing trend,how to improve profits,produce marketable,high value-added products,is the problems that companies need to solve.
