The country plans to increase consumption tax of solvent paint

         On March 19,the reporter heard from "2014 China's industries of paint and pigment work conference" in fujian putian,because of the serious environmental pollution,to strengthen environmental management,environmental protection administration,taxation administration and the ministry of finance made an alliance to research" Catalogue for the Guidance of Industrial Structure Adjustment--increase consumption tax of solvent paint".
         China coating industry association,Sun Lianying said,it will give the paint industries 2-3 year to adjustment before setting out the new policy.Meanwhile,Sun Lianying said,if "Catalogue for the Guidance of Industrial Structure Adjustment--increase consumption tax of solvent paint" is implemented,it cann't be guaranteed 5%-10% of the average profit of the entire industry,and industry will meet a lot of obstacles to sustainable development.And it can be seen that environmental friendly coatings industry and improve the industry's capacity for independent innovation is a powerful guarantee for sustainable development of the industry.
