Europe: Clariant forecasted synthetic leather will grow

Swiss specialty chemicals maker Clariant outlining its future plans in London, since the recent reorganization, the company is divided into ten business units, including the company's total sales accounted for 4% of leather units.

Expected part of the wet dyes will be  in the production  outside the manufacturing sector structure, the company will increase investment  which Luetgendorf described as "synthetic leather" products .

According to the company, as long as the world's cattle production increased 1%,leather and synthetic materials is expected to grow and exceed the needs of raw material supply.

The company said the internal assessment of leather  services business unit is expected to be completed in September this year. Once the assessment is completed, Clariant will focus on products and markets, especially China and India.
