Shiner International using $ 3,200,000 purchases paint manufacturers

NASDAQ listed Shiner International, Inc. Company (Shiner), announced the acquisition of 320 million in cash Shimmer Sun Co., Ltd. 100% of the shares, thus, Shiner has made Shimmer Sun International subsidiary Ningbo Nei suoer Latex holding about 65% of Right.

Ningbo Nei suoer located in Ningbo, Zhejiang, is a special water-based paint manufacturer, was established in 2007, employs about 35 people, and its patented technology is mainly used in PVC food packaging coatings area, with annual sales expected to reach 35 million Yuan  by 2011 , gross margin forecast to 35%. Shiner International is a new food, tobacco and other consumer packaging solutions provider.
