    Flame retardant technology to be used in the life,as an special auxiliary chemicals  could be used to improve combustible materials properties, widely used in various types of decoration materials which flame retardant processing. After the processing of the flame retardant ,the material can effectively prevent , delay or termination of flame propagation. So as to achieve the role of fire retardant,by application. Flame retardants can be divided into additive flame retardant and reactive flame retardant. Flame retardants can be divided into additive flame retardant and reactive flame retardant. Currently, the global consumption of flame retardants is over 1.5 million tons, 85% of that is additive flame retardant, 15% as reactive flame retardant. The United States , Western Europe and Japan are the world's three major flame retardant market . which accounted for 40% , 30% and 20 % of the total global market .

    After the rapid development in the early 1980s, the production and application of the flame retardant in China has entered a stage of stable development. With the development and application of synthetic materials industry continues to expand, flame retardants in various fields of chemical building materials, electronics, transportation , aerospace, household furniture , interior decoration , basic necessities has a broad market prospects.With a variety of driving force, our nation 's flame retardant has developed into the second largest modified additives  only to the plasticizer polymer materials.
