International giant increase the price of titanium dioxide again

Global value chain giant dupont recently announced,will be October 1,an increase in the price of the global market products,totalling about $100 a tonne.Dupont announced an increase in the price of titanium dioxide in May this year,since July 1 price increase of about $200 a tonne.Another white giant connors also proposed prices in June,totalling about $250 a tonne.Overseas giant price frequently,or will have a cumulative effect,caused the domestic product prices to rise.

According to the Shanghai daily newspaper,the global value chain giant dupont will an increase in the price of the product,on October 1,Asia Pacific and Latin America,and Europe,the Middle East,Africa,the dollar market dupont titanium pigment price raised $100/ton,market to raise 75 euros/ton.Dupont announced an increase in the price of titanium dioxide in May this year,totalling about $200 a tonne,also appeared in June another white giant connors increases.

Although the first two overseas giant prices did not cause the domestic market to go up,but the industry believe that the price of demonstration effect will be greater than before.Are two main reasons:one is the domestic market of titanium pigment in sales season,better enterprise shipments,business turnaround;Two is stricter environmental policy,it is reported that at present the ministry is working on the titanium dioxide industry pollution prevention and control policy,the national development and reform commission is also working on the titanium dioxide industry standard,energy consumption is helpful to control capacity supply.

Domestic markets,due to enter the sales season,the boom of titanium dioxide in recovery,nearly a week some increase in 200 yuan to 300 yuan per ton.At present domestic producer prices for rutile type titanium dioxide tax 13000 yuan to 14500 yuan/ton,sharp titanium type titanium dioxide tax ex-factory price in 11200 yuan to 12500 yuan/ton.Enterprise,business form obvious improvement in the third quarter,shipments increased dramatically.

Overall,due to tighter limit production and environmental protection policy,improving titanium dioxide industry supply and demand pattern,overseas giant increases,the demonstration effect of domestic titanium dioxide price still has room to improve.
