The 2017 Asian Coatings Industry Conference (APIC2017) was held in Philippines

    From October 19th to 20th, 2017, the 2017 Asian coatings industry conference held in Philippines, Boracay.The meeting was hosted by Diosdado Cheng, chairman of the Philippines Coatings Industry Association, first of all, Pre.Bernard Legarda, President of Philippines Coatings Association, warmly welcomed the representatives of the participants. According to the requirements of APIC meeting group, APIC requests to strengthen the daily information exchange of coatings industry economic operation between countries, The annual meeting will focus on the exchange and introduction of policies, regulations, environmental protection, green and sustainable development in various countries. In this meeting, representatives from China, Chinese Taiwan, Bangladesh, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, South Korea and Japan and other countries reported and exchanged the policies, regulations, environmental protection and elimination of lead paint for the coatings industry in the areas. Mr.Steven and Mr.Andrew, on behalf of IPPIC, made a detailed report on the global coatings industry situation and market. At last, Ms.Nori of the Japan Coatings Association, representing the APIC Secretariat, announced that the 2018 APIC meeting will be held in July 2018 in Shanghai, China, according to the China Coatings Industry Association's application. Mr.Ma Jun on behalf of Chinese Coating Industry Association briefly introduced the nineteenth China International Coatings exhibition in 2018 , and invite all delegates to participate in the 2018 APIC meeting in Shanghai.
