Why UV coatings reach such rapid development in waterborne wood floor coating.This is mainly because it has the following advantages:

I.It does not contain volatile solvents,almost 100% cured film,is the green environment-friendly paint.

II.Fast curing,generally for a few seconds to curing,suitable for mass flow line production,the finished product can be immediately stacked up,little area occupation,high production efficiency.

III.High energy efficiency,low cost,the energy consumption is about 1/5 compared with the heat-curable coating.

IV.Can be cured at room temperature,heat-sensitive substrates can be coated,such as wood,plastic,paper,leather,etc.

V.Film formed by crosslinking,excellent performance,film fullness,high hardness,good adhesion,abrasion resistance,heat resistance,solvent resistance,to achieve excellent decorative protective effect.
