High temperature grades
For plastics
Grades stated up to 250°C and 280°C for masterbatch, injection and blow molding at high process temperature. Tell us the polymer and we name the series.
Transcor Fluo Pigment · United States
Transcor fluo pigment in five series, HK, HP, HT, HW and HX, for plastics, inks, coatings and water based systems, with heat resistance stated by series.
Samples and data sheets come straight from the team that makes the product.

Product brochure
Fluorescent pigments absorb part of the light, including UV, and emit it back at a longer wavelength close to their own hue. That extra emission makes them brighter than any conventional pigment. They show best over a white ground and lose punch when mixed with off-shades. The brochure lists five series, HK, HP, HT, HW and HX, with heat resistance grades stated from 160°C up to 250°C and 280°C.

Solvent and general purpose
Bright grades for printing and screen inks, paints and general coloring, where the white ground and the shade matter more than process temperature.
Aqueous · custom matches
Grades for aqueous binders and specialty uses, in any shade on the card. Where the card falls short, the division makes a custom match from the sample you send.
Buying it right
A fluo pigment loses its glow when the resin around the dye cannot take the process heat. The color comes out of the machine dull, and the batch is lost.
Transcor sorts its series by system and temperature, from 160°C up to 280°C for masterbatch and molding. You pick the series by your process, not by trial and error.
The card holds 14 shades from lemon yellow to sapphire. Where a shade is missing, the pigment division matches the sample you send, water based systems included.
The partnership
Supply
You buy at origin, in the quantities a distributor needs to stay competitive in its market. Volume pricing, consolidated shipments and production planned around your forecast give you the economics to defend margin against any local reseller.
Experience
Documentation, logistics and compliance are routine here after three decades of cross-border trade. Hongda exports to more than 30 countries and works with over 500 distributors worldwide, so the paperwork your market requires has most likely been solved here before.
Product
Seven registered brands, from Dragon Dyes to Chemtech, all backed by Hongda's in-house R&D teams. Dyes, pigments, additives and functional chemicals come from the same group, so you can widen your catalogue while keeping a single supplier.
Support
Samples, datasheets and technical answers come straight from the team that makes the product. Formulation advice, matching against your current reference and follow-up after delivery are part of the partnership, included from the first order.

Questions

The high temperature grades rated up to 250°C and 280°C. Tell the pigment team the polymer and they name the series.
No. A daylight fluorescent pigment answers to light and UV while the light is on. Glow in the dark products are phosphorescent, and Hongda does not supply them.
Yes. Send the sample and the system it goes into, and the division prepares a custom match.
The extra emission adds to the light reflected from below. Over a white ground the shade reads at full brightness; mixed with off-shades it loses punch.
Where it ships from
