Over several days, the delegation visited the Thailand Potash Industrial Park and the China-Myanmar International Chamber of Commerce, among other destinations, examining local trade and investment conditions first-hand. Local officials and business leaders welcomed the group warmly, and the two sides held detailed and substantive discussions. Luo Jun, President of the Myanmar International Chamber of Commerce, said he hoped the visit would deepen mutual understanding and lead to real progress in trade and investment cooperation between the two regions.
The delegation will continue its program with visits to Cambodia, including the Sihanoukville Special Economic Zone.
