Hongda Holds Its First Labor Union General Meeting

On April 2, Hongda held its labor union general meeting with all employees in attendance. This was the first full membership meeting since the union was established in June of last year. Three items were on the agenda: a report on union activities in 2010 and proposed plans for 2011; a briefing on how union funds were used in 2010; and proposed revisions to the employee handbook and compensation policy submitted for review. Attendees followed the proceedings closely and discussed each item at length, making for a practical and productive meeting.
