Hongda Holds Mid-Year Review Meeting

On the afternoon of July 28, Hongda held its review meeting for the first half of 2017, with Chairman and General Manager Yuan Junjie presenting the summary report. He recognized the solid results the company achieved despite an unfavorable environment and expressed satisfaction with the progress made in team building and overall business capability. At the same time, he identified issues that had surfaced during the period, including insufficient operational efficiency, gaps in management capability and a lack of planning around talent development, and analyzed their causes. Mr. Yuan also set out expectations for the second half of the year. He encouraged all employees to think more deeply about their professional development, align personal growth with the company's progress, strengthen their sense of accountability, maintain their drive, and focus on doing their own work well. He asked every department to take a problem-focused approach, draw up concrete improvement plans, close existing gaps quickly, and pursue the next phase of work with urgency and rigor in order to achieve new progress in the second half of the year.
