Hongda Partners with IPEL of Brazil on New Product Development

Hongda recently sent a team to Brazil to meet with IPEL and discuss joint development and promotion of new biocide products.

IPEL is a producer of biocides and preservatives with a 30-year history and a portfolio of patented technologies. Its products are used primarily in coatings, paints, leather, cosmetics and personal care. Hongda established a strategic partnership with IPEL in 2014 with the aim of pooling resources and combining strengths in branding and market channels. To that end, the two companies invested capital, equipment and technical expertise to set up a joint product development laboratory. They have also cooperated substantively on new product promotion and marketing, with satisfying results.
