Innovate and Lead: Ruiyuan Year-End Review and Awards Meeting

A new year brings a new journey, along with new hopes and expectations. On January 26, 2024, Ningbo Ruiyuan New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., part of Hongda Group, held its annual meeting under the theme "Innovate and Lead".

In 2023, the company achieved 50% growth in both sales and profit. It was a demanding year: department restructuring, regulatory changes and mechanism reform all had to be worked through, and the team came out of it with results to be proud of.

At the review session, Chairman Yuan Junjie opened with a talk centered on innovation. He recognized Ruiyuan's achievements over the past year, set high expectations for the future, and offered the first new year's wishes of the day.

Ma Yiyu, representing the company's younger generation, then presented the year's review and the plan for the year ahead with a clear, structured approach.

Ruiyuan's leadership team followed, each presenting the 2023 results and the 2024 roadmap from their own perspective.

Executive Vice President Yang Xun spoke first, analyzing the internal management changes behind the strong 2023 results and explaining how human resources and other functions will support business growth in 2024.

Sales Vice President Xu Haihong followed with a detailed analysis of 2023 commercial performance and set the target of a further 30% growth in 2024.

General Manager Zhang Weibo closed the session, recognizing the contribution of every employee over the year, setting expectations for 2024 and offering new year's wishes.

The meeting then moved to the awards. After the announcement was read, company leaders presented trophies, prizes and bonuses to outstanding employees Chen Shanshan, Yang Neng and Zheng Xiandong, and to the finance department as outstanding team, to warm applause.

The company also welcomed new members of the Ruiyuan team, with the hope that they will find mutual respect, understanding and learning among colleagues as everyone grows together.

A prize draw followed, along with games throughout the event, keeping the atmosphere lively from start to finish.

The evening dinner began soon after, with toasts, music and good company carrying the celebration into the night.
