"Moving Forward with Purpose": Ningbo Ruiyuan New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. 2024 Annual Review and Awards Meeting

On January 17, 2025, Ningbo Ruiyuan New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. held its 2024 annual review and awards meeting on the shores of Jiulong Lake, under the theme "Moving Forward with Purpose, A Future Worth Building".

Executive Vice President Yang Xun opened the meeting, recognizing the hard work and contribution of the entire staff over the past year and setting out the talent development plan for the year ahead. He emphasized that people are the core driver of the company's growth, and that Ruiyuan will provide more room for professional development through internal training and external recruitment.

Department heads then took the floor in turn. Using detailed data and analysis, they reviewed what worked and what did not in the past year and laid out their plans for the year ahead, from service innovation in the technical department to capital management in finance and expansion strategy in sales and marketing. Each department set out clear targets.

Deputy General Manager Xu Haihong followed with a full review of the company's performance for the year. Growth was strong: total sales rose [29]% compared with the same period last year, and market share expanded steadily. These figures reflect the effort behind them and the strength of the company. She also announced the targets for the coming year, encouraging the team to keep pushing, with continued investment in R&D and market expansion to strengthen the company's core competitiveness.

General Manager Zhang Weibo spoke frankly about the problems of the past year, analyzing management processes and team collaboration in depth and proposing specific improvements. For the year ahead, she set out clear priorities: stronger internal communication, higher efficiency, and steady execution across all workstreams.

Chairman Yuan Junjie closed the session with a talk titled "Carrying Hongda Forward, Empowering Ruiyuan, Growing Steadily Together". Reviewing the annual sales targets, the reasons behind the results achieved, changes to the internal management structure, the challenges still ahead and the development plan going forward, he recognized Ruiyuan's performance over the past year and thanked the entire staff for their efforts. He encouraged everyone to keep the same spirit of innovation in the new year and to move toward the company's goals together.

The meeting closed with General Manager Zhang Weibo and Deputy General Manager Xu Haihong presenting awards to outstanding employees and teams, with the hope that everyone will maintain this standard of work and contribute even more to the company's growth.
