Our Company Attends Business Management Training Organized by the Free Trade Zone
On July 29, the Free Trade Zone Private Enterprise Association and the Free Trade Zone Chamber of Commerce jointly held an HD Habitual Domains workshop on building high-performance organizations at the Kaiyuan Hotel. Several members of Hongda's middle and senior management attended.

At the opening, Lu Zhimeng, Deputy Director of the Free Trade Zone Administrative Committee, gave brief remarks. He noted that the purpose of the training was to broaden the perspective of managers at all levels within zone companies, strengthen their management capabilities and help build organizational soft power. He encouraged participants to make the most of the opportunity.
Dr. Huang Hongshun, a Habitual Domains specialist from Taiwan, then led the session, covering the core concepts of Habitual Domains theory, its development, and its application and results in business management. His clear, accessible style and open, interactive teaching approach made a strong impression on participants. Many said the training was itself a valuable benefit and expressed hope for more such sessions, giving managers further opportunities to broaden their knowledge and update their thinking.
