Our company elected to the new council of the China Dyestuff Industry Association at its 9th General Assembly

The 9th General Assembly of the China Dyestuff Industry Association was held in Qufu, Shandong, on October 29, 2021. Yuan Junjie, general manager of Ningbo Hongda Import & Export Co., Ltd., attended along with representatives of more than 150 member companies from across the country.

Li Bin, vice president of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, offered congratulations and addressed the assembly. He recognized the association's work in serving member companies and in guiding and supporting the sustained, healthy development of China's dyestuff industry, and expressed confidence in its future work.

Shi Xianping, president of the China Dyestuff Industry Association, presented the work report on behalf of the 8th council. He gave a full and objective account of the association's achievements and lessons over the past five years and made recommendations for the incoming council.

The assembly elected the members of the 9th council and board of supervisors by secret ballot. At the first meeting of the 9th council that followed, the association's new leadership was elected, including its president, vice presidents and secretary general. Shi Xianping was re-elected president. Chen Lirong, chairman and general manager of Lily Group, was among 21 people elected vice president. Zhou Yongkai was elected secretary general.

A short ceremony was held to present certificates to the 70 members of the new council. Yuan Junjie, chairman and general manager of our company, was elected to the council.

The assembly also included discussion and exchange on the high-end development of China's dyestuff industry and on current industry concerns such as environmental protection, ecology, the economy and technological innovation. Specialists and academics gave presentations on these topics, adding substance to the program and producing a well-received result.
