The Signing Ceremony for Acquisition Held

On the afternoon of October 26,the signing ceremony was held in which our company finished the acquisition of old plant area of Ningbo Rubber Co.,Ltd. at the Marriott Hotel,Ningbo. Between the executives to participate in the signing ceremony,the former director of the Ningbo Economic Commission,chemical, former Secretary Baofu Yu,Ningbo Chemical Industry Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT),vice president Huasheng Zhang leaders invited to attended.
