Titanium dioxide gives a coating or a plastic its whiteness, opacity and hiding power, and sets the base for every tinted shade. XINTI is the Hongda brand for it. Grade, crystal form and surface treatment are stated on the data sheet of each product; ask the pigments division for the current list.
