Building a National Network
By 2002, HONGDA had products the world wanted. But there was a question: what did the domestic market want?

We would build our own distribution network across China.
The first branches opened in Fujian, Shandong, and Shenzhen, three strategic locations covering the east coast, the north, and the south. Each branch wasn't just a sales office. It was a full-service hub: warehousing, technical support, customer service, logistics. When a customer needed a product, advice, or a solution, HONGDA was now just a phone call away, not a week's journey.
This was a significant investment. Building branches meant hiring local teams, leasing warehouses, managing inventories across vast distances. But it was the right move. We were no longer a distant manufacturer. We were a partner on the ground.
By the end of 2002, HONGDA had a presence in most major regions of China.
